Magic Spoon I paid like $10 for a 7oz box and only one of the 3 flavors I bought was good, one was passable and the other an insult to my tastebuds

Now the kicker with all of these brands is that by way of Allulose, an artificial sweetener, the cereal becomes “sugar free” now I couldn’t tell with the froot loops alternative which was genuinely reminiscent of froot loops in terms of both flavor and texture

but I’d be hard pressed to not notice with their Chocolate cereal because it’s usage of the term “chocolate-flavored” implies it even has flavor to begin with it’s got more of a “I’m trying to be dark chocolate” vibe but utterly failing to capture that in any meaningful way

The honey nut one had my view of it damaged by the fact that it’s the same as the other ones but just a different flavor, like the texture and shape and everything was identical none of that distinctive crunch, the flavor was good regardless

That being said, In regards to how it holds onto milk, it does a good job of maintaining crunch and absorbing a bit of milk

Of the 3 flavors I’ve tried (froot loops, chocolate and honey nut) none of them have even a modicum of difference in their texture, which is good but also not good

The 12ish grams of protein and 4ish grams of net carbs is great and all but it comes at a cost to both your wallet and your enjoyment of life

Will I be trying their other flavors? Absolutely, I’m a serial cereal enjoyer after all
